We can also provide a transcript of the entire event to either help you tailor your events in the future or to give to delegates as information about your event.

AGMs

Do you find that the minutes of your AGMs or EGMs do not contain the detail you require, especially when queries or disputes arise? If so, then why not avail of our transcription service.

We can provide a stenographer who will take a note of the AGM on the day. The benefits of this are the fact that the note-taker is a verbatim note-taker, so nothing is left to their discretion; the ability to read back what has just been said, the ability to have the text displayed on a screen for all to see, and not forgetting that a transcript can be produced immediately, if required, or at any later date specified by you.

We can also provide digital audio and video recording equipment, which will record the AGM and then this will be transcribed and returned to you in hard copy or electronic copy to be distributed by you to whoever requires it.
